The Basics

• These are one-on-one, live sessions where we connect on Google Meet.

• You choose a session, schedule it, and pay for it. 

• The order and amount of sessions are up to you. (I also have recommendations.)

• All sessions are online. Exceptions may be considered.

The Rules

• Our conversations are private and confidential. 

• My role is to listen, advise, and offer feedback and direction. 

• If I don’t have specific answers for you, I’ll try to refer you to someone who does. 

• You are responsible for the actions you take as a result of our sessions.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

If you can’t make the scheduled session: 

• First, try to reschedule. 

• If you’re having trouble finding a time that works, contact me. 

• Sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original scheduled time. If extenuating circumstances prevent this, contact me to make other arrangements. 

• Refunds are not given on completed sessions. 

• Most of all, be a decent person. Don’t leave me hanging and wondering why you didn’t show up.
